This was an experiment for making a tool, I wanted to make a knife that could just cut straight lines without the need for a ruler.
In the beginning, the blade was difficult to hold on to the cap because it had to leave a small section to cut the paper, but leaving a section would cut the cardboard at the bottom and cause it to split. In addition, the tip of the blade is not sharp enough, so the resistance of the cardboard makes it difficult to use, and the straight line of the cut is also jagged due to the resistance of the cardboard.
Tried again adjusting the length of the tip leak and adding plastic spacers, etc., and things improved. Suffice it to say that in the end this is a tool that does cut straight lines on paper but not perfectly enough.
