This is a broken suitcase.
There are no chairs in the kitchen for eating.
This piece was born because I only have one chair at the study table in my house and nothing else, which is a nuisance if I'm entertaining friends or want to eat at the kitchen table.
You can sit in different positions, and because of the roller that comes with the suitcase, the chair can be easily moved. It's a simple transformation to make. Remove the upper handle, then place a soft material such as a cushion or pillow on the suitcase, and finally tie it with a suitcase strap.
I chose to revamp my discarded suitcase. Firstly removing all the handles as they make it uncomfortable to sit on. Then it was a matter of thinking about how the top surface used to sit on could become more suitable. I went back to the junk pile and found a chair sitting top which would be a perfect accessory.
Regarding how to secure it I thought of my suitcase securing straps, which happen to be just right for cushions and cases. But at the same time it's removable, which also allows the suitcase to serve a different purpose when necessary.
It's practical, at least for me. But it's not aesthetically pleasing enough must be honest, it just looks like it's simply stacked, so subsequent to that if it could be improved I wish I had given more thought to the appearance and of course the stability of the structure could have been better.
