Would like to try a fan structure with dual heads that can be opened. On my first attempt, I forgot to take into account the length required to open the structure, resulting in only opening one side of the fan at a time, not both at the same time.

But would like to try how to control the opening and closing with a string first, as would like to design it as a one-show light fixture. But after many attempts it still can only be opened by pulling the rope and cannot be closed.
